A New Year, a Fresh Start: Let’s Make 2025 Your Year to Shine

As 2024 comes to a close, I can’t help but reflect on all the challenges, wins, and lessons this past year has brought us. For me, it’s been a year of growth—not just in my business, but in the way I’ve shown up for myself, my family, and all of you. Running MINTFit has been one of the greatest joys of my life, but what makes it truly rewarding is seeing YOU show up, week after week, for your health and your future.

This year, we tackled it all together:

🏋️‍♀️ We powered through busy schedules with efficient 30-minute workouts that fit into real life.

🫒 We focused on fueling our bodies with whole foods that nourish, energize, and satisfy.

🎉 We celebrated wins—big and small. From dropping those first 5 pounds to saying goodbye to sugar cravings, your progress has been incredible.

But let’s also be real: 2024 wasn’t without its challenges. For many of us (myself included), life threw curveballs. Maybe you felt like you were spinning too many plates, or that progress wasn’t happening as quickly as you’d hoped. And if you’re a busy mom trying to balance it all, you’re not alone. I see you, and I’m here to tell you—2025 can be the year you finally prioritize YOU.

My Goals for 2025

As we step into the new year, I’ve set some intentions for MINTFit and for myself:

  1. Simplify the Journey: I want to make healthy living feel even more accessible. Think family-friendly recipes, simple meal prep, and strategies that work in the chaos of real life.

  2. Focus on Community: Over the years, I’ve seen how much of a difference it makes to have a strong support system. This year, I’ll be creating even more ways for you to connect, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges together.

  3. Empower More Moms: My mission is to help busy moms who feel stuck and overwhelmed reclaim their health, confidence, and energy. Whether that’s through my programs, one-on-one coaching, or a friendly nudge on social media, I’m here for you.

  4. Keep It Real: No crazy diets. No perfection required. Just real, sustainable habits that you can stick to for life.
