Why 2025 Starts NOW: A Fresh Take on Fitness and Nutrition 🌟

Welcome to 2025! While many dive headfirst into their resolutions on January 1st, we’re taking a different approach. Why? Because real change takes planning, intention, and sustainability. That’s why my next round of kicks off this Monday, 1/6/25—giving everyone the chance to regroup after the holiday chaos and start strong, not rushed.

Here’s what we’re focusing on this year: gains. While many set goals to lose weight or cut things out, I want to shift the focus to everything you can gain from a healthier lifestyle:

  • Energy to keep up with your busy life.

  • Strength to tackle physical and mental challenges.

  • Confidence that comes from showing up for yourself.

  • Control over your health in a sustainable way.

What’s Happening This Week?
My VIP clients are set to start a powerful 6-Week VIP Challenge. They’re about to dive into advanced workouts, nailing their meal prep, and using tools like our 24-hour fast and new Pilates sessions! It’s about to heat up and I’m excited to watch them get inspired to push limits and set the tone for the year ahead.

For my new clients, this first week is all about foundations. Prep Week focuses on building confidence through:

  • Learning the basics of movement and exercise modifications.

  • Exploring balanced eating that doesn’t sacrifice your favorite foods.

  • Setting up routines that work within busy schedules (think 30 minutes or less).

One of the most powerful parts of this process is the community. Whether you’re a seasoned VIP or just starting your journey, you’re never alone. There’s strength in working alongside others who are chasing similar goals.

Why Gains Over Losses?
Too often, we equate progress with what we lose: pounds, inches, or bad habits. But I believe the real magic happens when we focus on what we gain. A stronger body. A clearer mind. A happier life. That’s what we’re working toward this year, and I couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead.
